excellent stay with thoughtful touches
equipped room comfortable bed convenient amenities helpful housekeeping
this was my second stay here i was very happy again the room was well equipped and bright the bed was very comfortable it was great to have two work stations the amenities like the water boiler coffee machine stove refrigerator and dishwasher made my stay easy housekeeping always refilled coffee capsules tea and dishwasher soap the 24/7 reception was also very convenient
the location is on a very steep hill walking around with luggage or for those with mobility issues might be a challenge

my room was bright and well equipped i had a very comfortable bed two work stations were available within the suite it also contained a dishwasher enhancing the ability to maintain cleanliness .

i stayed in a sea view junior suite for several nights the room included a stove microwave and table the hotel provided coffee and personal care items daily the staff was helpful
the hotel is on a steep hill this made walking difficult

a AMAZING stay
responsive staff good location complimentary bed
the staff was responsive. the location is good, close to taksim square, shops and restaurants. the room included a nice bathroom, where i found toiletries replenished daily. i was even provided with a complimentary baby bed, something i didn't book in advance.
the hotel is on a very STEEP ground. it was quite difficult to walk around, especially with luggage. the steepness made exploring nearby areas challenging, limiting spontaneous outings.

the room offered natural wooden floors adding warmth. a comfortable mattress ensured restful nights. there was also a coffee machine. the kitchenette proved useful for preparing simple meals .
